I might've gone further, because I also remember turns in this game after the general had finally given up the ghost and I was fending off Briton sieges of Lugdunum until perhaps 196 BC. I recall playing all the way through 206 BC, because it had my highest-ranking (and longest-lived) general to date: Decius Julius, who achieved a *10 ranking by that turn when he beat back the latest in a string of Briton sieges of Massilia. In it, there's a reference to a Julii campaign that I played (possibly the last one that I played on vanilla RTW before Barbarian Invasion was released) beginning in October 2005. I have handwritten logs at home, jotted down on a small notebook that I've kept by my computer for the past year and a half or so. To what turn (year and/or season) did you get to before stopping your longest unfinished campaign? This is for those of us who like to play RTW on occasion but don't make enough of a fuss over the campaign game and might only get to a certain point before starting up a new campaign or switching over to something else for a while.
